Job Description:

The Siebel Developer is responsible for delivering and supporting Siebel solutions for the enterprise.  They are responsible for working with Business Analysts, Business Stakeholders, and other developers in delivering functionality through an agile delivery methodology. Relevant experience of 3+ years in Siebel Configuration, EAI, EIM, Open UI, Product Configuration, Workflows, Assignment Manager, Web services, EIM, EAI (HTTP Adapter, MQ, JMS), EBC & VBC.

Responsibilities

Key member of a team of developers for development and support of Siebel solutions

Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing technology solutions including Siebel interactions with other Enterprise solution

Participate in all phases of system lifecycle including analysis, requirement definition, solution design, configuration/development, testing, deployment, and support utilizing an agile delivery model

Provide daily support of Siebel implementation

Participate in Scrum process

Preferred Skill Sets

• BE/ME/MCA with 4+ years in IT Industry
• 3+ years of experience in Siebel implementation
• Expertise in Siebel CRM/Oracle/SQL/PL–SQL
• Siebel Certification is strongly desired
• Hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration, eScript, Workflow Process, EAI (HTTP Adapter, MQ, JMS), SOA (Web Services), Open UI (JavaScript/CSS/HTML)
• Experience in working on Global Support Team and Global Multi-Team Projects
• Possess very strong communication skills and able to interact at all levels of organization
• Siebel implementation experience, global deployment and rollout experience
• Experience in Siebel Designing for various Siebel Modules (Order Management, Product Configuration, Sales, Marketing, Customer Management)
• Exposure to Enterprise Application Integration (middleware) technologies and techniques is desired
• Prior experience of executing Project in Agile is desired
