Purpose of the Role – Assistance for Legal work related to Project Finance
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Vetting of the financial documents/undertakings/letters etc for project Development Gr. for financing the project managed by the group;
• Documentation for the loans to be provided to the companies managed by Project Development Gr.;
• Co-ordination with Project Development Gr, Clients and Operations for successfully closing the documentation and effecting disbursement thereof;
• Time to time assist and advice Project Development Gr relating to legal matters;
• Documentation for the Project Loans based on the TS (including drafting and vetting of all documents in accordance with the Term Sheet, preparing the draft of the board resolutions etc);
• Assisting senior legal officers in the PF Gr.
Key Competencies :
• Documentation (loans, agreements etc)
• Good communication, drafting, presentation skills
Qualification :LLB+ LLM
Years of experience : 5 yrs & above
Industry experience: From banking / FI
