1.Develop marketing strategies & policies aligned to the organizational goals and objectives.
2.Develop strategies and action plan for maximizing sales, revenue and margin.
3.Conduct Market Research analysis and forecast trends and behavior of customers in market place and that of competition.
4.Develop Plan for increasing customer base and geographical spreads.
5.Develop annual/ Monthly/ weekly marketing plan derived out of marketing strategies – Product Wise & customer wise. Monitor compliance and analyze deviations if any.
6.Take initiatives for developing and introducing new products , new marketing techniques.
7.Engage in customer relationship management for product promotion and gain customer loyalty.
8.Engage in management of channel partners and develop systems for monitoring their performance.
9.Ensure all the activities of the sales and marketing group comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
10.Prepare Marketing Budget & Monitor the same.
11.Generate Daily/ weekly/ monthly MIS –
12.Plan for Succession Planning and Training.
13.Implement Oracle ERP and make Delivery Orders in department.
