Brief of Job responsibilities :-
•Responsible for meeting the branch targets and adherence to all guidelines and regulatory requirements.
•Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial product offerings of the Bank
•Managing and monitoring performance of all the sales resources and attrition control of customers
•Recording & resolving complaints as per the specified process within the stipulated TAT
•Promoting all direct banking channels and ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same.
•Responsible for all related process checks as custodian of vaults and joint custodian of systems administration and setup within the branch
• Ensure all laid down system and process are followed as stipulated by Audit and Senior Management by carrying out Monthly / Periodic Verification of Auditable items at branches
• Ensure that all staff are adequately trained on the Products of the bank and sales process. Make staff aware of various policies of the bank with regard to customer service and compliance
Requirements:-
•Candidate must possess an MBA
•At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
•Job role in Retail Banking / Branch Operation or equivalent
•Sales / Marketing skills
•Team management skills
•Interpersonal and influencing skills
•Good relationship management skills
•Knowledge of the banking industry & financial markets
•Ability to develop contacts in the local area
