Purpose Of the role:-
To provide leadership to the legal department and to the entire legal function by giving proactive and pragmatic legal & risk related advice.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Analyse, identify & manage the legal risks & implications of all of the business transactions.
2.Provide legal & risk advice to the senior management on all matters affecting their individual departmental transactions.
3.Handling the vetting of high value legal documents, drafted by legal professionals of business partners/prospective business partners.
4.Finalizing terms & conditions of contracts, settlement agreements; performing analysis and negotiation of high value contracts &b agreements.
5.Handling disputes, litigation and arbitration.
6.Instruct and assist external legal partners where necessary.
Qualification & Key Competencies:
Excellent University degree in legal

4.Strong Commercial & business acumen.
