Job Description:
The person will be responsible for Conducting vulnerability assessment and penetration testing for web applications, network infrastructures (internal/external)
Knowledge/Skills required:
Candidate should be a B.E./B.Tech. Or higher from a reputed Engineering College/University with good academic records
- 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of experience in information security with specific application penetrating testing experience.
- Experience in web application security vulnerabilities like Cross-Site Scripting, SQL Injection, Session Hijacking, Cross-Site Request Forgery, etc.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, web applications and protocols (HTTP/HTTPS), TLS/SSL concepts.
- Understanding of network protocols, sockets and network tools, analyzer/sniffer.
- Good understanding of application and network layer penetration techniques and methodologies like OWASP, NVD-CVE, Sana, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Security certifications like CEH, ECSA, OSCP, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution.
- GIAC, GWAPT, GPEN, CEH or CCNA certification a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting in UNIX Shell, PERL or Python a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work in an independent manner
