Job Description:
The Sales force Administrator/Consultant is responsible for supporting Sales force environments for the enterprise. They are responsible for daily administration and support of Sales force environments including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations. They are responsible for User maintenance and daily administration and support of different environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Day to day SFDC Admin activities
- User maintenance
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce environments including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
- Working with management, strategic planning & end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
- Coordination with Vendors and Salesforce as and when required
- Managing and maintaining different environments
- Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
- Train new and existing users on how to use applications
- Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements
- Provide application users with technical support
- Logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution
- Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Apex, Workflows, Process Builders, Triggers etc
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
- Data Load experience using Data Loader
- Participate in Scrum process
- Provide daily support of Sales force implementation
Desired Candidate Profile:
B.E/B.Tech /MCA candidates with good academic records and relevant experience of 3-9 years.
