Job Description:
- Meet & Greet the Customers
- Establish & maintain relationship with the clients
- Looking after site operations by maintaining & assuring smooth working of site functions. Coordinating with Construction team for update on construction progress of project, updating sales
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
- Answer clients’ questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs and appraisals.
- Coordinate property closing, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Attending walk in enquiries by explaining them the project and concluding subsequent inspection.
- Attending existing clients at site & coordinating with them on the phone, handling incoming enquiry calls, preparing daily lead generation report, following up with leads, preparing prospect list networking.
- Suggestions and strategies discussed with reporting head and team members to improve sales, generating leads through E-mailers, telecalls to clients & channel partner, activating new channel partners for more foot falls.
- Handling the reception and admin related activities.
