Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Heading the Quality-Control Department of factory and managing the following operations:
• Ensuring 100% quality compliance of Raw materials, packing materials and finished goods.
• Conducting regular process audits & correcting the in-process problems thereby assuring the quality of the products produced
• Handling market complaints by coordinating with sales dept. & R & D.
• Coordinating with R & D for implementing new products & process modifications as per the needs.
• Coordinating and discussing with suppliers on improving quality aspects of Raw Materials and packing materials.
• Training & guiding the subordinates for 100% quality compliance.
• Fulfilling the required ISO documentation & activities for quality control department.
• Adhering to the required safety norms in QC.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
• B.tech Chemical or M.Sc/B.Sc in Chemistry
• 10-15 years’ experience from Paints Industry into Quality Control in a factory environment.
Personality Trait Requirements:
• Must be a son of the soil.
• Dynamic, Objective, Achievement oriented having sound managerial capability.
• Good in interpersonal relationship
