Purpose of the Role – Complete Assessment of a new Deal with respect to Credit Terms and Documentation
Job description:
1) Complete Assessment of a new Deal with respect to Credit Terms and Documentation.
2) Identification of Viability of the Project/Deal
3) Ensuring Perfection of Collateral Documentation
4) Frequent interaction with Sales, Credit RM , Tax, Risk ,Legal & Audit Department Operation act as a cordinator between back end office & front end Sales & Collection.
5) Contract Booking
6) Interaction with Statutory & Tax Auditors & resolving their quries
7) Ensuring Timely Relaese of Vendor Payment
8) Correct capturing of State & Central Taxes in Lease Cases .
9) Special Perseverance is required in Corporate Dept Restructuring (CDR ) cases.
10)Compliance of Post Booking such as Invoices, RC & Insurance
11) Charge Creation, modification & Satisfaction as per statutory laws such as ROC Charge creation , Updation of Equitable Mortgage in CERSAI
12) MIS
Desired Candidate Profile:
CA / CS with Minimum 3 years experience in similar profile
