Purpose of the Role: To work as consulting Engineer in various Municipal infrastructure projects
Job Description:
• Conducting Field Investigations, Surveys & Studies; Site Analysis
• Preparation of schematic design and drawings and cost estimates
• Review of drawings prepared by architects
• Formulation of technical specifications and bill of quantities
• Preparation of Detailed Project Reports
• Review of drawings/designs/cost estimates and reports submitted by the sub-consultants
• Project Management Consultancy during implementation
• Assistance in project appraisal
• Planning, Design & estimates
• Detailed Project Reports/ Project Information Memorandum
• Providing all required technical inputs for projects
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Hands-on experience of preparation of Detailed Project Reports for various infrastructure projects and Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
• B.E. (Civil) preferably with Masters in Civil/ Structural/ Planning/Environment
• 7-10 yrs of relevant experience
• Hand on experience on Urban Infrastructure Projects (City Development Planning/ Municipal Infrastructure Projects like water supply, storm water drainage, sewerage, solid waste management, etc. core Infrastructure projects/ Tourism Infrastructure Development projects)
• Should be conversant with design principles and standards
• Should be conversant with applicable development regulations and provisions
• Should have hands on experience in preparation of Bill of Quantities and Detailed Project Reports, Project Information Memorandum for infra projects independently
• Should have hands on experience of working on AutoCAD
• Should provide all required technical inputs for projects structured on PPP formats
• Should have good communication, report writing skill and presentation ability
