Job Description:
• Heading the Unit HR.
• Maintaining harmonious industrial relation
• Compliance under all the Statutory Labour Laws applicable to the site.
• To interact with Cross functional manager in finance, marketing, Systems etc.
Desired Candidate Profile.
• Graduate with PGDPM / MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDPM & IR
• Must be a local candidate
• 7 -10 year’s experience in Plant HR activities like recruitment, training, statutory compliance, industrial relations, union negotiation etc.
• Plant HR experience is mandatory.
• Must be capable of communicating in the local language.
• Dynamic, Objective, Achievement oriented having sound managerial capability.
• Young, energetic and full of enthusiasm
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
