Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Over All Factory Management and coordination of Production Activities of the plant.
• Knowledge and experiences of people handling and plant legalities are must.
• To provide leadership to Plant.
• To follow-up Raw Material and FG Management, manufacturing, Quality Control and EHS Management System of Paint.
• Management of daily and scheduled preventive maintenance in association with site engineering manager and team.
• Management of Logistic at Plant.
• Compliance of statutory and legal requirements of Plant.
• The candidate should have good knowledge of Paint manufacturing and Quality Management Process.
• The candidate should have the capability to provide dynamic leadership to Naltali Plant.
• Must have exposure to ISO/ QMS, EHS and EHS Practices and Management System.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
• B.E / B. Tech in Paint Technology / Chemical Engineering.
• 15 to 20 Years in Paint / Chemical Processing Industries.
Personality Trait Requirements:
• Must be a son of the soil.
• Dynamic, Objective, Achievement oriented having sound managerial capability.
• Good in interpersonal relationship
