Job Description:
- Training coordination between student and teachers by arranging the batches.
- Managing the delivery of learning and development programmes.
- Coordinating with the management for Certificate Processing of the candidates after the training.
- Maintaining enrolment records, student attendance, assignment reviews, assisting students for accommodation.
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly MIS on training, batch scheduling and calendar maintenance, feedbacks from students and submitting the same to the management.
- Coordinating with HR’s/Project Managers /Training Managers /Directors for Training requirements and inputs.
- Carrying out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Taking care of the entire commercial part for the training.
- Taking care of travel and accommodation of trainers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have minimum 1 year experience in Training/Academic Coordination in any Training Institute/Company or any Education industry.
- Only Female candidates are eligible to apply.
- Should be presentable, smart, quick learning, active, self-motivating, highly energetic and swift worker.
- Must have Good Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Extremely Good in MS Excel, Very Composed, Pleasant personality & multitasking.
