<p>Business Outcomes-<br />
1.Responsible for due diligence and booking of all strategic proposals in the system post the approval from credit within the defined timelines<br />
2.Ensure correct and timely release of payment to correct vendors for all bookings post verification of all compliances<br />
3.Create and update SOPs for booking &#038; verification of proposals in the system and ensure all compliances are met and verified before system upload. This also includes updating Legal documents for various types of deals like Loan/Lease/Assignments/Collateral/LCs and also Tax Related Issues with respect to Lease Transaction</p>
<p>Risk, Process &#038; Compliance-</p>
<p>1.Collate and review all MIS reports on system bookings, verifications and payment and takes corrective actions in case of variations<br />
2.Track whether all RISK &#038; Credit guidelines have been adhered to before booking any file and highlight compliance related issues if any</p>

<p>1.Manage team through the establishment of goal setting and targets along with periodic reviews to achieve the objectives of the function<br />

<p>Overall Finance and Accounts Function Role and Responsibility:</p>
<p>Responsible for all aspects of Finance &#038; Accounts such as Strategy Planning, M&#038;A, Due Diligence, Fund Raising including ADR and GDR and ECB, Working Capital, IPO, Banking, Fund Management, Taxation, Budgeting, Costing, MIS, Statutory Compliance, Consolidation of Accounts, Audits, P&#038;L Report, Investment banking etc.</p>
<p>Strategic Role:-<br />
Partner with the organization on all operational and strategic issues as they arise; provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.</p>
<p>Financial and Operational Management:- </p>
<p>Oversee budgeting, and the implementation of budgets, so as to monitor progress and present operational metrics both internally and externally.<br />
Ensure that finance staff maintains financial record systems in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and monitor the use of all funds.<br />
Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials and metrics for funding organizations; prepare and communicate monthly and annual financial statements.</p>
<p>Monitoring compliance :-</p>
<p>Monitor banking activities, and ensuring adequate cash flow to meet the organization&#8217;s needs.<br />
Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.<br />
Oversee the production of monthly reports including reconciliations with funders, as well as financial statements and cash flow projections for use by management, as well as the Audit/Finance Committee and Board of Directors.<br />
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place.<br />
To ensure all statutory compliances (applicable to the organisation) effectively complied such as Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax, Sales Tax etc</p>

<p>1.Develop marketing strategies &#038; policies aligned to the organizational goals and objectives.<br />
2.Develop strategies and action plan for maximizing sales, revenue and margin.<br />
3.Conduct Market Research analysis and forecast trends and behavior of customers in market place and that of competition.<br />
4.Develop Plan for increasing customer base and geographical spreads.<br />
5.Develop annual/ Monthly/ weekly marketing plan derived out of marketing strategies – Product Wise &#038; customer wise. Monitor compliance and analyze deviations if any.<br />
6.Take initiatives for developing and introducing new products , new marketing techniques.<br />
7.Engage in customer relationship management for product promotion and gain customer loyalty.<br />
8.Engage in management of channel partners and develop systems for monitoring their performance.<br />
9.Ensure all the activities of the sales and marketing group comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.<br />
10.Prepare Marketing Budget &#038; Monitor the same.<br />
11.Generate Daily/ weekly/ monthly  MIS –<br />
12.Plan for Succession Planning and Training.<br />
13.Implement Oracle ERP and make Delivery Orders in department.</p>

•To Enhance &#038; Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet<br />
•Ensure profitability of the portfolio: Generate high Income per Customer<br />
•Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referencing<br />
Requirements</p>
<p>Education: Any Post Graduate/Professional Degree. </p>
<p>Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.  Experience of handling HNI clients shall be advantageous.</p>
<p>Candidate should be confident, smart &#038; aggressive in sales and have excellent communication skills </p>
<p>Should have good knowledge of all Banking Products </p>
<p>Should have a good knowledge of Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, Insurance </p>
<p>Preferred Skills: AMFI and IRDA Certification </p>
