  • An Relationship Manager handles a group of High Net Worth Imperia Clients
  • Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
  • Deepen the relationship by Cross selling Banks Products and Services according to Customer Needs

  • To Enhance & Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet

Requirements

  • Education: Any Post Graduate/Professional Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Should have experience of handling HNI clients
  • Candidate should be confident, smart & aggressive in sales and have excellent communication skills
  • Should have good knowledge of all Banking Products
  • Should have a good knowledge of Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, Insurance

Certifications

  • AMFI
  • IRDA Certification

Brief of Job responsibilities of Branch Head

  • Responsible for meeting the branch targets and adherence to all guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial product offerings of the Bank
  • Managing and monitoring performance of all the sales resources and attrition control of customers
  • Recording & resolving complaints as per the specified process within the stipulated TAT
  • Promoting all direct banking channels and ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same.
  • Responsible for all related process checks as custodian of vaults and joint custodian of systems administration and setup within the branch
  • Ensure all laid down system and process are followed as stipulated by Audit and Senior Management by carrying out Monthly / Periodic Verification of Auditable items at branches
  • Ensure that all staff are adequately trained on the Products of the bank and sales process. Make staff aware of various policies of the bank with regard to customer service and compliance

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess an MBA
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Job role in Retail Banking / Branch Operation or equivalent
